Hi, I’m Aaron,
and this is Gus.
I moved from Canada to Munich in 2021. Like many people starting fresh in a new city, I had to rebuild everything — from friendships to daily routines.
One of the biggest challenges has been finding reliable care for my dog, Gus.
Pet services are often over booked or extremely expensive. Boarding facilities are also an option, but they tend to be far outside the city. Asking friends isn’t really sustainable either, especially since many of them don’t have pets themselves, so I can’t return the favour.
Talking with other pet owners made it clear I wasn’t alone. There are plenty of responsible, caring pet owners in Munich — what’s missing is a simple, fair way for us to exchange care.
That’s why I created Kadoga: a local pet sitting community in Munich where members care for each other’s pets using points instead of money.
Kadoga makes pet care more affordable and reliable, while strengthening real connections between pet owners.
How Kadoga Works

Create your profile and get access to the Kadoga Member Area. During the launch phase, joining is free.

Request a pet sit and get connected with local members who can help.

Earn Kadoga Points when you care for another member’s pet. Use those points when you need care for your own dog or cat.

You’ll get full access to the Kadoga Member Area and can begin exchanging pet care with other local members.
